Caraway, sunflower and linseed crispbread crackers.  Thin and crunchy, they are perfect for topping, dipping, or enjoying straight from the pack.  Delicious with cheese, charcuterie, hummus, smoked fish, or a glass of crisp white wine. 

 

This recipe is adapted from a cookbook I picked up in Sweden, having spent many years spent working there and enjoying the country's delicious food.
